Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound brussels sprouts halved and trimmed
  • 2 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp liquid sweetenern (honey or agave) Use date syrup if on Daniel Fast

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Into a large bowl, add Brussels sprouts, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat evenly. Place Brussels sprouts onto a parchment paper-lined air fryer tray.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, until crisp and golden brown, shaking baking try every halfway.
  • Remove from air fryer, immediately drizzle with more vinegar and sweetener, and toss to coat evenly. Transfer to a serving dish and eat immediately.
