- 1 pound brussels sprouts halved and trimmed
- 2 ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp liquid sweetenern (honey or agave) Use date syrup if on Daniel Fast
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
Into a large bowl, add Brussels sprouts, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat evenly. Place Brussels sprouts onto a parchment paper-lined air fryer tray.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, until crisp and golden brown, shaking baking try every halfway.
Remove from air fryer, immediately drizzle with more vinegar and sweetener, and toss to coat evenly. Transfer to a serving dish and eat immediately.
