Ingredients
  

  • 12-15 large carrots washed, peeled, and chopped
  • 6 oranges peeled and segmented
  • 2- inch piece of fresh ginger peeled and sliced
  • 2 lemon juiced

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients

  • Wash, peel, and chop the carrots.
  • Peel and segment the oranges.
  • Peel and slice the fresh ginger.
  • Juice the lemon (separately if using a mini juicer).

Juicing

  • In a juicer, combine the chopped carrots, orange segments, and sliced ginger.
  • Turn on the juicer and process the ingredients until you extract the juice.

Combine the Flavors:

  • In a pitcher, combine the freshly extracted carrot, orange, and ginger juice.
  • Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the carrot-orange-ginger mixture. Adjust the amount of lemon juice according to your taste preference.

Mix Well

  • Stir the juice well to ensure all the flavors are evenly combined.

Serve

  • Pour the carrot-orange-ginger-lemon juice into glasses. (over ice cubes if desired).
